IMPORTANT NOTICE RE FLOOD CERTS: We received short notice that FEMA's Map Service Center, the place where we get information for our Flood Zone determinations, is experiencing technical difficulties that started Thursday, May 17th, and which may last until Monday, May 28th. This may cause some delay in Flood Zone Certificate deliveries to our customers. Any delivery delays will be on a case-by-case basis. Please call us if you have any questions.

NFIP Extension: The NFIP is set to expire on May 31, 2012 and to date legislative action has not been taken to extend or reauthorize the program. However, there has been considerable discussion around the NFIP in both the House and Senate so there remains hope that the expiration can be avoided.

Life-of-Loan: Please be advised of the definition of Life-of-Loan tracking. The "Term" you input on your order determines how long we will track a loan. If you input 10 years, that is the life of the loan and that is how long Nationwide will track it. For Revolving Lines of Credit (RLOC), we suggest entering a Term longer than 1 year. There is a Renewal charge for extending loan terms on expired loans. We will always attempt to inform our current clients when loans are expiring.
